Karon Jones
Executive Director
Karon Jones serves as the Executive Director of Kiddie Christian Academy Childcare Center and has met all Louisiana state licensing requirements. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from LSU Shreveport.
With 29 years of classroom experience, primarily in Kindergarten, Karon has served in both Caddo and Desoto Parishes, teaching at Westwood Elementary, Southern Hills Elementary, Alexander Learning Center, and North Desoto Lower Elementary. Her extensive background in early childhood education and child development gives her a deep understanding of how crucial the early years are in shaping a child’s growth and learning.
Karon believes children thrive in nurturing environments where learning is engaging and play is valued as an essential part of development. As the leader of our daycare family, her heart is to cultivate a Christ-centered atmosphere marked by kindness, respect, honesty, joy, and peace.
She is an active member of King’s Temple UPC and is committed to honoring God in all she does.
